TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ULTRA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ultra AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Misuse of our content or services
• Unauthorized sharing of course materials

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
